Trusted providers support secure payment, hosting, storage and video creation. They receive only the information needed to provide their part of the service.
Sharing
Your order is private by default. A separate, hard-to-guess sharing link is created only after payment and completion. Anyone you give that link to can view the shared clip.
Retention and choices
Order information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to provide and recover the service, handle support and meet legal obligations. For a privacy request, use the merchant contact details shown at checkout or on your payment receipt.
