Who we are

Paw Star provides personalised pet video clips through pawstar.club. For privacy questions or requests, email support@pawstar.club.

What we collect

For video orders, we collect the pet photo you upload, your email address, the setting and any optional pet, recipient, occasion, birthday, personality or message details you choose to add. We also keep the order and technical details needed to provide your clip. If you join Paw Star Club, we collect the profile details you provide, a protected password record, email-verification status, purchase history and promotion progress. We record email-marketing permission separately, including when and where it was given.

How we use it

We use this information to fulfil and recover orders, tailor a clip when you request personalisation, run your optional club account, verify your email, keep an accurate purchase count, provide welcome offers, prevent fraud or misuse, provide support and meet legal obligations. We send promotional email only when you separately choose to receive it. You can unsubscribe from any promotional email.

Who helps us

Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Google supports video creation. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare support hosting and storage. Our transactional email provider sends club verification and password-reset messages. These providers receive only the information needed for their part of the service and may process it in other countries under their applicable safeguards.

Sharing

Your order is private by default. A separate, hard-to-guess sharing link is created only after payment and completion. Anyone you give that link to can view the shared clip.

Retention and choices

Order information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to provide and recover the service, handle support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Club records remain while your membership is active; expired verification, reset and sign-in records are removed as part of routine maintenance. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw marketing consent, or object to or restrict certain uses, by emailing us. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
