The service
Paw Star turns one pet photo into an approximately 8–10 second vertical video clip in the setting you choose. Personalisation is optional. Each clip is newly created, so movement, framing and resemblance can vary with the supplied photo.
Payment and delivery
Your total and currency are shown before Stripe Checkout. Creation begins only after payment is completed and independently verified. The finished clip is unlocked on your private order page; keep its private link until you have saved your video.
Starting your order
By ticking the confirmation box at checkout, you ask us to begin creating your personalised digital clip as soon as payment completes. Any cancellation or refund rights provided by law still apply and are not limited by these terms.
Your photo and message
You must have permission to use the photo, names and message you submit. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive or infringing material. We may refuse content that is unsafe or unsuitable and refund an affected paid order.
Sharing
You control whether to share the finished clip. Anyone with your sharing link may be able to view it, so send it only to people you trust.
Paw Star Club
Club membership and Club emails are optional and do not replace account-free ordering. Give accurate registration details, keep your password private and confirm your email using the link we send. Purchase counts are matched to the email used for paid orders. The current welcome offer provides one verified email address with a single-use 20% promotion code for one future order, normally valid for 30 days. Promotional email is optional and every promotional message includes a way to unsubscribe.
If something goes wrong
If we cannot provide a paid clip, or the delivered clip is faulty or materially different from the service described, email support@pawstar.club with your order reference. We will review the order and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include another attempt or a refund. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
